DESCRIPTION:En el marco del Ideas Factory Summit\, el 28 de marzo de 2019\, a las 13.45 h.\, y en la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieríade la Universidad de Sevilla\, se llevó a cabo el Taller “Cómo hacer un pacto de socios y no morir en el intento”. \nEn él se abordaron los elementos esenciales del pacto de socios\, partiendo desde cuál es su origen\, hasta llegar a entender sus elementos fundamentales\, y que deben aparecer en todo pacto de socio. \nDicho taller fue impartido por D.
